Can you do swimming as part of this. I have arthritis its all I can do now but its so expensive. 😔 I only do a few lengths and a swim at Medway Park is £7!!!

Hello, I now understand these labels properly so thank you! However, the front labels still really confuse me. If i look (for example) at the saturate percentage on a pizza of the front label it says 43% which is really bad, however on the back label it only says 3.7g per 100g on fats of which saturates, meaning that the saturates should be 3.7%? So why would the front one indicate that it has 43%? Can someone please clarify this, thank you

This man is very lucky. Not at all the case with my mum. Two hospice "carers" walked away from her as she choked to death on her vomit, and two district nurses stood by, not doing anything, because apparently, they "weren't allowed" to help her. They weren't from Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust, for the record.
